FAQ

What is waxing?

Waxing is a form of hair removal that removes the entire hair from the hair follicle. Warm wax is applied to the skin and adheres to the hair. When removed, the hair is pulled from the root.

Usually with proper aftercare, your wax should last you about 3-4 weeks.

CAN I WAX MY WHOLE BODY?
Yes! Absolutely!

DOES WAXING HURT?
Everyone’s pain tolerance is different, but you can expect a short, stinging feeling after the strip is pulled. If you feel you are sensitive, taking an ibuprofen or tylenol about 25-30 minutes before your appointment will minimize your discomfort (consult with your physician before taking medications). Continuous waxing causes finer and less hair therefore waxing becomes less painful.
CONSISTENCY is key!
